I am freebird and a free bird as well. Then I became freeebird because I had to register again due to forgotten password. I asked for resetting the password but didn't get the email.

Site is now up for 2 weeks but we still see only 36 members so far.

Looks like voters of Bengalore have influenced to have this lukewarm response so far . Was hoping for more regulars to signup like boca,FIREIndia, RRS, OS2, cantor, r2somewhere, Kahlo, Myroots etc; may be they do not miss the forum as much as who signed up here do !!

Activity stimulates new members. More members cause more activity. Catch-22. Giving it some time may help.

The password reset had worked for me as well but thankfully IIRC it took the same password - can't come up with something new for a password that needs to be at least 12 characters long.

The password reset had worked for me as well but thankfully IIRC it took the same password - can't come up with something new for a password that needs to be at least 12 characters long.

Had enforced 12 characters password as "Security Practice" , now reset back to 6 characters. Probably no one would try to breaking into your account ( even significant other would simply ask you to type in the password if the situation demands so )

We are still discussing/working with new owners but it is taking too much of time and I lost patience. We have a separate WA group with RRK, Boca and few admins from the new owner's company.

I will keep pushing for status update and see if we can recover db from that board to some place or here (if space is available).
