Who is she? Why didn't she bring her mother to US?

As per her bio:

Seattle City Councilmember 2014-2023 • Socialist • Marxist • Workers Strike Back •

Her mother probably is happy in India doesn't want to go out of her natural habitat, why should she, at this age?

Because of her daughter's activities. If you are anti-India and aggressively work with the agenda then wouldn't you get your family members out?
Based on the comments on that link, it appears nobody likes her.

Family members have their own say too. You know Nirmala Sitaram's husband is an ardent congress supporter. She cannot change his mind and neither he can change hers.

If my daughter goes abroad and settles down and then becomes anti India, does that mean I should leave India too?

You see even the Indian govt gave visa to her husband, they only denied her the visa.

Indian visa is a privilege not a right. Tomm GoI can cancel my OCI and send me back to America. T can cancel my USC and send me to Gaza. If you do any anti-national activities govt across the world can deny you entry. One Muslim lady with British PP went to ISIS. When she came back UK cancelled her citizenship and denied her entry for being part of a terrorist organization.

Visa is denied only to the person who indulges in anti-national activities, relatives are not covered by that ban.

It begs a million-dollar question: Who's an anti-national? someone who criticizes the incumbent government or one who plans terrorist activities against the nation?!

What is an example of a 'right' in India?
