Executive orders are already such that it will make very very difficult for h1bs to survive and Musk has done nothing to stop them. It looks like Maga is winning in real life while musk may have won on twitter. Birthright citizenship is just a distraction while they pass all these other orders with real impact.

It's certainly is not a good time to be brown in America. White supremacist will be emboldened and will take upon themselves to harass brown folks. Without any fear of repercussions.

Honestly, even if he kept his mouth shut, he would've gotten the shaft. Did he really believe the party of MAGA and uber crazy christian nationalists will have time to listen to his spiel? They gave him a platform before election because it's useful - that's about it.
