Mother of all bubbles, TSLA is close to its all-time highs from 3 years ago and should get there sometime next week. FOMO can make folks to buy the TSLA stock but the same cannot make them to buy Tesla cars - there is no fear of missing out on that since the prices keep going down and range, features keep going up. A few of my friends are suggesting that Musk might use his influence and make the military buy self-driving tanks and make a killing in that. The first jolt would be over the New Year's Eve when the quarterly delivery numbers are released.

Once the big institutions have made their money, they will bring it down to earth with a flurry of downgrades. We don't know what their number is but once they decide to dump it, it would be a free fall.

It's time for John Tuld to spring into action.

Tons of bubbles floating around in all shapes and sizes and would be interesting to see which one crashes the economy.
Bitcoin, Tesla, AI hype, Real estate with a lot of homes recently bought with buy-down rates for first 2 years and so on. Worst part is that, there may be only executive actions on deportation and tariffs driving up inflation but no congressional approval for tax cuts with a razor thin GOP majority mainly due to close GOP wins in NY and CA. No more gains but lots of pains ahead!

Powell hints that we're entering a new era of monetary policy and the markets don't like it, even one bit. S&P closed -3%.

Start of something big?
