Now Khalistanis are asking whites to go back to Europe as Canada belongs to them. Typical camel and Arab story. Lol

Most Canadians cant differentiate and dont care about who is Khalistani, who is Gujju, South Indian etc. All they see and know is, too many brown people have come in and are taking jobs, food from food banks, etc.

The knee jerk reaction of Indians when criticized is to deflect the criticism on to a subset of Indians (Muslims, Khalistanis, Biharis, Telegus, etc). For right wing North Americans, we are all the same. India is the Bihar of the world.

Yes, this is another factor to avoid North America. Imagine, you spent so much effort to get out of India and then stay out of India and now you will have to live with hate because more and more Indians want to move to North America. So you hate your own people and then you also get hate from the people who you want to be. You cant change who you are, so, is this all worth it?

I would say North America is a much better place to immigrate than any other continent/country. USA and even Canada have a rich history of immigration and while there will always be some percentage of people who dislike Indians or have stereotypical views - the truth is the vast majority of Americans see Indians as a highly successful immigrant group. The per capita income of Indian households far exceeds any other race and I would even say that there is very little resentment towards them (us).

There are nut cases everywhere. It was black supremacy in Uganda in the 70s that threw us all out but a decade later we were willing and able to get back in and now account for 40% of the economy with just 1% of the population. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indians_in_Uganda

It's in our psyche that "India is not that great" and in our blood to look for greener pastures everywhere else (Even if it's remotely possible). We will not rest until most people in the world have some Indian origin in their lineage:)

Mate, I was HATED by people in the state I was born in India. I have been told to go back to where I came from in India. Its because 5 generations ago my ancestors immigrated from a BIMARU state to where I was born. I am going to be hated anyway, why stay in a pile of garbage? Better of being hated with clean air and roads!

There will be haters everywhere, but atleast in India, you look like everyone else and unless you tell, nobody will know where you came from. But in north America, you will hate yourself because of your race and you have to live with insecurity. Why do you need to put up with this?

The saying "You become the very thing you hate", is being played in reverse here.

Regarding garbage; there are plenty of places in India with pristine beauty you can enjoy with the networth you have made and given your leetcoding skills, you are already better than 99.99% of Indians. So you can live pretty much like a king in India, whether you want to work or not, rather than be a loser in north america.

Comments under the video were more revealing than the video itself especially about how the retired officer's salary, benefits and the pension were not at all meagre!

Except in North America, you can choose not to interact with strangers. In India, you need to interact with 10 nosy people to get anything done. And your business is everyone's business. So they will find out your caste even if you dont tell them.

I follow that channel :)

Yes, there are pristine pockets in India, but they seem to rural for me. I like the amenities of big cities (like events, friend circle, advanced gyms, physios, etc). So basically, I would want to live in places like South Bombay or Bandra. In North America, there are plenty of cheaper urban places.

It is much cheaper for me to buy an apartment in North American cities than it is in SoBo. Go lookup the prices yourself and compare apples to apples (building quality, amenities and surroundings).

Then go and look at price of cars in US vs India. We have been through all of this in the old forum. India is cheap only for lower middle class lifestyle. Upper middle class and above, its more expensive than North America.

If you are following youtube channels, follow the Coda real estate channel. 90% of listings there are 15 cr and above. And they dont look impressive at all. This 'live like a king' is a myth that needs to die. Kings in India are bitten by stray dogs.
