I think not, as per below article small cap funds in India were in tatters last year. However FI may have out performed these funds

My NW reached 200 cr peak just 2-3 mths ago.
Now, it is at 150 cr actually.
Very sharp decline.
500 cr target is intact in next 2 years.
I am now 30%-35% in unlisted stocks.
Example- I got good allocation in Vikram solar in July at 125 per share.
Now, price in unlisted market is 450 per share.
IPO is coming within a month or 2. expected price is 500-600 in 3-6 months.

please note at time of fund raise in June/July- new shares were directly issued by company at 125 per share, while unlisted (grey) market price was 220 per share.

India’s market is down for all.
At 150 crores, you will not be able to buy 190 cr house in RI’s neighborhood but can still buy 3 houses in UB tower and use remaining to invest in SMKT

Few updates.
1. Increased my yearly spend to 2 cr per year- 1 cr is on travel. (Business class tickets, 5 star hotels in Europe etc., Uber Luxe taxis, 1st class train tickets). 20 Lakhs is on gadgets.
2. Not planning to move out of India- made few more friends here in India- due to my stock mkt knowledge- many people are simply attracted to me and want to be my friends. Some of these people are in quite good jobs- of public importance.
3. Full time driver- really, really, really helpful. has made our life easier, comfortable and fun (more outings on weekends). He comes on Sundays!
Planning to add 2-3 domestic trips too every year in addition to 3-4 international trips. (short ones- like 2-3 days to major cities in India- and meet friends/relatives/wife/s friends and relatives)
