Following the heavy rain warning in #Chennai, people have started parking their cars on the #Velachery flyover as a precaution
pretty soon they will start building small kudisai on these flyovers - may be the best solution for the floods that keep happening every year these days

I believe the daily fine is only 1K and it's much more economical to park and pay the fine instead of fixing the flood damaged car. Maybe a multi-Storey parking garage with the bottom most 2 floors reserved for boats would be a permanent solution.
