India is going for Loksabha elections from April to May and results will be declared on June 7.
Who are you supporting or want to win or what are your predictions
Anyone anticipate surprises

-Modi will alone cross 272-- They can't get 400, which is not possible.

- Maharashtra may surprise us... BJP-NDA will go down, you can't remove Thakre and call Shivsena. The original thakre may pull a few BJP seats.

- In Delhi, also, AAP may pull few seats

- Few loss in KA and I don't think rest of south really gives $hit to BJP

I feel overall NDA count may go down but will have 2/3 majority. But opposition may get stronger, especially TMC+AAP+Thakre Shivsena.

After this election, Modi will be out, and the BJP will collapse in the next election... And we will see another khichdi sarkar for another 15-20 years...

I anticipate BJP led NDA to win 350 or more seats, else it will be considered a setback.

One surprise might be that BJP will open their account in TN which will be a big one if it happens.

Modi has started saying that congress will snatch mangala sutras from Hindu women and give it away to infiltrators and 'people with a lot of kids' (aka Muslims). He did not do this in 2019 and most of the Muslim hate speeches were delegated to other fire brand BJP leaders.
Why is he doing it now? Does he think he is not doing great in polls?

Good observation.Plus why this obsession of 400 seats. In India, 272 would win absolute majority and BJP will surely get it.
Only Rajiv Gandhi led INC in 1984 due to sympathy wave had won 426 seats.

This being an election year in both India and US, should we move the current affairs to sensitive topics zone, so only who are logged in can see those posts and not the party faithfuls who can read in read only mode ?

This is exactly why BJP will not win a single seat in TN probably forever - Tamils are crazy about their language, castes, movie stars and cricket but not much about hatred towards other religions.
